Basic Troubleshooting Steps

Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve the issue.

Check for loose connections: Ensure all cables (power cord, USB drives, etc.) are securely connected.

Try a different power source: If using a wall outlet, try plugging into another outlet.

Disable any recently installed software: Uninstall recently installed programs or drivers that might be causing issues.

Advanced Boot Options

Safe Mode: Press F8 repeatedly during boot to enter Safe Mode. This will boot your computer in Safe Mode with Networking, which allows you to access Windows without loading all drivers.

Troubleshoot: Press F8 repeatedly until “Troubleshoot” or “Update & Restore” appears on the Advanced Boot Options screen.

Command Prompt: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type:
