The whole idea of the famous LIVE series could be very simply put : how much could you tell us if you filmed a one hour-long sequential shot ?
And so I told my tale, most of the time walking with the camera, sometimes sitting next to it, sometimes in front of it.
I recounted the few and important occasions when my father, in the last years of his life, showed me his love, that is, tried to teach me once more his own values. And finally let me go.
I recounted that shortly after that, one sweet evening in April, he decided to shut the book of his life, saying to his last wife : « In any case, I will not bloom again… »
Perhaps I made this film to tell my father that I too, finally, let him go.
